We improve management efficiency of the Group to deliver better services to our customers.

Effective January 1, 2011, functional companies that provide back-office support for Group companies have been realigned into three entities to achieve greater efficiency in Group management and higher quality in shared services. The three entities are: Kirin Group Office Co., Ltd., which develops and implements back-office strategies for the Group and performs group corporate functions; Kirin Business Expert Co., Ltd., which provides standardized and specialized back-office services in areas such as general administration and accounting; Kirin Business System Co., Ltd., which manages IT systems and services for the Group. Our goal is to deliver better customer service while improving the Group's management efficiency.
