Sophisticated Analysis of Materials and Products

We are developing and deploying sophisticated technology capable of detecting and analyzing even faint traces of complex harmful substances, such as residual agricultural chemicals and ingredients known to cause allergic reactions when consumed in the human body.

Microbe Detection

We are developing technology to identify bacteria, fungi and harmful microbes that cause food poisoning, and to detect their presence in food. We are also refining the technology that enables us to detect the presence of unculturable microbes more quickly.

Comprehensive Assessment of Food Safety

We apply a biological approach to conducting comprehensive analyses and evaluations of food safety. This includes a safety assessment of food products under development, and follow-up research into products about which we receive customer feedback.
