Comments on business merger discussions with Suntory Holdings Limited
Kirin Holdings Company, Limited today announces that the Company and Suntory Holdings Limited are currently at an initial stage of business merger discussions. Nothing has been resolved or reached an agreement at this stage.
Kirin will make immediate announcement once anything which needs to be disclosed will be resolved.
